You were spending the night with me. We were in our little kitchen trying to figure out how to make omelettes. I know we went through a dozen of eggs (probably from our farm). Our first attempt was beaten eggs with egg shells and all. I remember us looking at each other and saying that’s not right. We ended up calling Aunt Emma multiple times as she walked us through step-by-step via phone. I remember her telling me, ‘Stacy – make sure the eggs don’t move. There not ready hunny unless they don’t move.’ Our first omelette was cheese and little egg shell. :)

We tried to make the omelette ourselves but we both didn’t think egg shells should be in the omelette so them you suggested calling Aunt Emma. We must have called her four times. Our first batch came out runny. I remember her repeatedly saying ‘Stacy, the eggs shouldn’t move’. :)
